nuebe8 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the nuebe8 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at https://nuebe8.net.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the nuebe8 Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the nuebe8 Platform.
• "Real-Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using actual Philippine Peso (₱) or other accepted currencies deposited into a nuebe8 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to an active nuebe8 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player may conduct Real-Money Play or initiate withdrawals.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Where material changes are made, nuebe8 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to an amendment must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older in accordance with Philippine online gaming regulations. This age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
2. You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any of the above of nuebe8 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiary entities, or gaming software providers.
5. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended or terminated for cause.
6. You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the nuebe8 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your Account.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. You must notify nuebe8 promptly of any changes to your contact details or personal information.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.

nuebe8 will never contact you to request your password or 2FA code via any channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as a social engineering attempt and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nuebe8 support immediately via live chat. nuebe8 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account pending investigation.

nuebe8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all Accounts. KYC verification is a prerequisite for Real-Money Play and for initiating any withdrawal from a nuebe8 Account. This requirement exists to protect Players, prevent fraud and money laundering, and comply with applicable Philippine regulatory standards.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID — accepted documents include a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS Card (with photo), UMID Card, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, taken at the time of submission.

nuebe8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for high-value deposits or withdrawals.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. nuebe8 employs secure document handling procedures and does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

nuebe8 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are set out in the Payment Information section of the Platform, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. nuebe8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal may be processed. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play in demo mode where available but cannot withdraw.
• nuebe8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems unusual, including requests for source-of-funds documentation where warranted.
• Processing times quoted on the Platform are estimates and may be subject to delays due to bank processing schedules, public holidays, regulatory holds, or compliance reviews. nuebe8 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• Deposits made in error by the Player are not automatically refundable and must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the nuebe8 finance team.

nuebe8 is committed to protecting Player funds. Real-money player balances are held in accounts segregated from nuebe8 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to ensure that Player funds remain protected in ordinary operating circumstances.

nuebe8 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, bingo jackpot promotions, and sports bet boosts. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all nuebe8 bonuses and promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players who have an active, KYC-verified Account in good standing.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirements, unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• nuebe8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, without prior notice, subject to fair dealing obligations toward Players who have already opted in to an active promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless the promotion terms explicitly allow for bonus stacking.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinating play with other users to exploit bonus terms — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account termination.
• All promotions are subject to a maximum bonus amount and maximum bet restriction while Bonus Funds are active, as specified in the promotion-specific terms.

All games available on the nuebe8 Platform — including live dealer casino games, online slots, bingo, arcade titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing Real-Money wagers.

nuebe8 is committed to fair gaming. The following principles govern game operation on the Platform:

• Online slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games use certified random number generation systems to determine game outcomes. These systems are independent of nuebe8 and provide statistically fair results over time.
• Live dealer games are operated by professional third-party live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined in real time and are not subject to manipulation by nuebe8 or the Player.
• Sports betting odds are set by nuebe8's sports risk management team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not have their odds retroactively changed.

Scheduled maintenance, provider downtime, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of specific games or markets. nuebe8 will not be liable for losses claimed to result from such unavailability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nuebe8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account, for the purpose of circumventing Account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading an existing suspension or ban.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime — whether as the originating or receiving party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated play in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display anomalies to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to a nuebe8 Account in bad faith or after using the deposited funds for wagering activity.
• Using another person's payment method or identity details to fund or operate a nuebe8 Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nuebe8 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All content on the nuebe8 Platform — including but not limited to the nuebe8 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of nuebe8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

nuebe8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without nuebe8's prior written consent.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• The right to use the nuebe8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised in writing by nuebe8.
• The right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of nuebe8 intellectual property may give rise to legal liability. nuebe8 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to intellectual property infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nuebe8 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, or Player decisions.
• Any interruption to or unavailability of the Platform or any specific game or market, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outage, or any other cause.
• Any loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to Account data caused by events beyond nuebe8's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nuebe8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.

nuebe8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nuebe8 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nuebe8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute from a payment provider in connection with the Account.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation to restrict or terminate the Account.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, nuebe8 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the Account, including any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method after applicable compliance checks have been completed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the nuebe8 customer support team. nuebe8 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly, fairly, and in good faith.
